Ive been doing a playthrough with Rice. Got my threepeat earlier today so I think its time to start a new playthrough. Thinking about either doing ucdavis for another buildup playthrough or maybe a high prestige school to see how long I can keep them on top. On another note: Engage 8 never works for me yet I keep trying it in certain situations because it looks good on paper.

I had 2 sophomore QBs that were almost identical in stats. One started, the other one wanted to leave. So I promised the one that wanted to leave he would start the next season. After that season the original started wanted to leave, I promised him the starting position the following season. Long story short: I got to keep both really good QBs without paying out any money just by alternating their seasons.

If you like car racing at all, Motorsport Manager looks and plays like this, with the exception of actual racing that your drivers take care of. You have 2 cars with 2 cars mechanics (similar to OC and DC), 3 drivers (for the two cars and a backup). And they have stats that improve or deteriorate over time. You can negotiate for different personal, and you can upgrade your home garage facilities. It's based on Formula, so there is car part design and restrictions. It's pretty good. And, there is also a workshop to load in actual team names and actual drivers, etc.

I'm thinking about buying this as it's 25% off. In coach career mode, what is the reason to switch teams as an HC? Is there some kind of gameplay advantage or is it just some kind of personal income that doesn't really matter? I'm curious what the practical differences are between school dynasty and coach career gameplay-wise.
