bro casually living my dream life in 2019
I got mine from serving in the military. A bunch of guys either finished their obligation and got an honorable discharge medical discharge other than honorable discharge or dishonorable discharge.... Whatever the case many of them left behind their military duffle bags the department would get to have whatever they willingly left behind, boots, coats and whatever else was in it. Nobody cared about the bags they always just threw them away. Of course not every left theur bags behind but those that did lost out in my opinion. I always got the bag once everyone was done scavenging that leftovers. I used them for weightlifting. I preserved the bag of course filling it with sandbags rather than making it into a sandbag.
No joke I have been looking for exercises to strengthen these muscles as I've noticed a slight subluxation in my cervical spine lately.
Thanks! Can’t wait to make one!
buen video, gracias por mostrar esto, lo mejor es el perro 😀
Amazing!!! I came looking for unconventional bodyweight exercises and i got just what i wanted!
Great video, love that you include the family in the video. Very realistic depiction of children.
this channel is sooo underrate
Hey man just wanna ask. Whats the max weight those heavy weight canvas can carry ? any ideas?
That's a good question. I'm not sure. I would be comfortable with up to 160ish lbs in this canvas bag.
Awesome man. Im thinking about making something like this myself. Loved the video. Cheers
Good Stuff Im in the process of building a DIY half rack aswell just need it to bench and squat. total cost will be about 60 bucks, with items I have here already.
Jose Luis that sound like a fun project!
Look at the ankle mobility... jealous
How do you like the 150 lb Rogue sandbag compared to the homemade one you made? I have a 135 lb homemade bag similar to yours but was thinking about picking up the Rogue bag also.
I really like the Rogue. I have been pretty hard on it and it withstands everything well. I like to use the Rogue for ground-to-shoulder, bear hug carries, and squats. I like to use my homemade back for exercises where I will have the bag on my shoulder for long periods. It being longer just helps distribute the weight in a way that I can manage it a little better.
