At what angle did you make the legs? Sorry, i didn't hear that.
I just guessed it just made sure they didn't stick out too far just enough to make it stable and not fall over .just make a mock up one while block is on its back . its not too critical hope this helps .
@@indianatone218 thanks
The gear shift on them gives me trouble
Mines not bad tho i think there might be a sheared cog in back diff as sometimes it jumps and lurches while driving on an incline .keep meaning to do diff oil change see if that helps .maybe one day .
Enjoyed your video my friend , You have been Subbed ,okay
Many thanks for the sub ,hope they all entertain you i try to be diverse .

Hi can anyone tell me if the Westwood t1200 came as a tractor without the mower deck or is any of the ones I'm seeing just had the deck removed and turned into a tractor alone?
I think it came as a grass cutter and in time the deck was removed and it evolved into a miniature tractor it was a versatile bit of gardening kit .
@@indianatone218 so they came factory without the deck mower ? I've been looking at one (tractor only without mower and basket) looking to use it to level off small paddocks with a drag harrow and get a atv roller etc but unsure how much power and versatility they actually offer
Nice use for that bit of old Ash Tony, well done.
The block looks good. The spoon making sounds interesting, I am looking forward to seeing that
Cheers joe i can always rely on your support summers nearly here gonna be a lot better for all our projects and you defo have a load of em lol take care buudy

I feel that need for a second pair of hands in my blacksmith shop, but I daren't ask since it's mucky work and I want to be independent I might make a treadle hammer sometime to replace the need for a striker

Hi , lovely job. I’ve just bought 1 of these for the grandson to sit and play on in the garden. What I’m hoping to do is do the engine and any bits what needs doing, however, I’m struggling to get information on it , or parts, this is exactly the same. My engine is a khola command 12.5 engine (Cv12.5st). Thanks in advance and thanks also if you can’t help me.
Hi ,i havent any manuals but what i have found useful for working on these small engines is a very entertaining and educational bloke on you tube called Taryl dactil hes very forward on fixing all types of small lawn tractors and such ,im sure you will learn a lot from him , hope you get things sorted , Ant .
How do u fit a drive belt with these as they have a pto system at back
Thanks for the video ! I am trying to find a video to see how the side cover heat shield is mounted. My XT did not have it
Hope you got it sorted,i dont think this was an original exhaust,i bought it as is , ive had it 35 years
This looked like fun and thanks for showing the process

You can cut semicircles with hole saws if you clamp the work in a drill press and have the right size hole saw. Then it works a treat.
thanks
Nice job on the fix man ! You got a good deal ..
Great haul. We had the identical pillar drill but gave it to my granddad when we bought a big Clarke one. The Fern one is 10x better and we should never have bought to new one. Great job on the drill. We have just picked up a large oil tank for the steel but we are a bit concerned about cutting it with the possibility of oil or fumes inside. Do you know how thick the steel normally is on them?
Yes, thanks its just what i needed there about 3 mm i just got my grinder wit ha super slim disk and cut straight down the edges carefully using my knuckles as a rest to keep it steady, dont force it , granted it had been empty a while but you could fill yours up with water first and let it stand a couple of days with top open .
