How to use the Product Catalogue (UI 2.0)

The Product Catalogue lets you store all relevant details about your products within Starshipit, including SKU, HS code and bin location. You can then access these details to populate missing values during order import. We have been attempting to get support from Starshippit for over a week now and are getting ignored. It would appear the eBay API for Starshippit no longer works correctly. I could be wrong, but I wouldn't know as your support team has deigned to ignore any enquiries from ymself or the team. We're only an Enterprise customer with 10k+ labels a month. Would love for someone to reach out.

How do you combine order information with the shipping? I cant seem to add things like, products ordered, value, shipping address etc
Hey there @mezoori! Thanks for your question. We currently only send trackingStatus, orderNumber, carrier, trackingNumber and trackingUrl. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions!

Can this give you data on how many parcels a user has packed per day, week etc?
Hey @mitchelle3443. This isn't possible with user accounts, but if you create a multi-workstation child account, then you can run the package sent report to see how many parcels the multi-workstation child account has packed.

Voice audio level is set too low relative to background music, and much lower than over videos.

In Default Courier setting, it's only show Plain Label for International Courier. Why its not showing other courier in the list? For domestic couries, its working fine.
it might be related to the country you are shipping from, or perhaps you have not connected an international courier in your account, happy to take a look pls email support@starshipit.com
