The Hunger Games - Audio Book Podcast
This podcast from The Hunger Games introduces Katniss Everdeen, a sixteen-year-old girl living in the impoverished District 12 of Panem. The text details the harsh realities of her life, marked by poverty, hunger, and the looming threat of the Hunger Games, a televised battle to the death where children are forced to compete. We witness Katniss's unwavering love for her younger sister, Prim, leading her to volunteer as tribute in Prim's place. The excerpt also introduces Gale, Katniss's hunting partner and close friend, and Peeta Mellark, the other tribute from District 12, whose unexpected actions and declared love for Katniss add another layer of complexity to the narrative. The passages highlight the inequity of the reaping system, where the poor are disproportionately selected, and the oppressive nature of the Capitol's control over the districts. Ultimately, the selection and preparation for the Games form the dramatic core of this section, setting the stage for the central conflict.

Thanks for the feedback. ❤

Thanks for the feedback ❤
Nicely summarized! I'd like to see more of these topics being discussed.
Nice collection.
Howard Zinn's fake history book claims America was a crime against humanity that oppressed everyone equally. Zinn also says everyone in America is equally guilty of those 'crimes.' It's helpful to remember Zinn was a Soviet propagandist. Zinn was a member of numerous Soviet/Russian front groups. Zinn helped found the socialist New Party, which helped Barack Obama launch his racist political career. Zinn claimed his role as a professor to be that of "creating a bridge between leftist and more moderate students," so that he can "try to radicalize some of the more moderate and liberal students" who accept our political system instead of working for real radical change. Those who support "liberal capitalism," he wrote, are "blind to the lessons of history." Zinn said, “We need to get accustomed to the idea that there will be more Communist countries in the world, and that this is not necessarily bad.” As consummate liar, Zinn denied the truth of the Cambodian Killing Fields, because he believe genocide in the name of Marxism was no crime.

Exactly.
I read all the books, saw the yellow bird movies. I don't care for this podcast, the dual hosts delivery and their pronunciation are hard for me to take. Sorry guys, this ones a dud.
Thanks for the feedback. Will try to improve while some people might like this as well.
