I'm currently working for this company, My honest opinion is that this is the worst company in Dubai. They don't pay salary on time. They hold 4 months salary for new staff and when they pay, they deduct so much money the staff is left with little to nothing . They have a clause in the contract that states if one wants to resign you have to pay 7000 aed for the training you get which is exorbitant considering the only training you get is SIRA which only cost 1000 aed. To all my African and Asian brothers don't join this company. That's the biggest mistake I made in my life. They don't care about staff they don't even provide uniform. Its just a poorly run company with a lot of problems. The Dubai government should shut down this company!.
