Nice home. Not sure about the location tho. It's the nicest home in the area for sure but the neighbor don't support this type of home and as such, I would question this as an investment property. If I have $5M, i would look elsewhere.

Absolutely opposite of true... Inventory is so overdeveloped it cannot be filled and more development is continuing throughout 2024 and 2025. The only low inventory is that when people seek homes in reasonable comparison to their salary there is a low search result. The over inflated home prices, if searched, in a higher than normal salary affordability range returns hundreds of vacant results ready for immediate sales. The MLS in my county (searched while typing this) returned results of 6048 single family homes on the MLS with 60 percent being brand new builds. Also let's talk about the interest. When interest rates go down prices actually go up... opposite of your claim. This is due to greed of people in real estate business. Agents want to sell for as high as possible because they are paid on percentage of sale.

Selling Bay Area, great content I loved it

I grew up in Fairwood. On Socorro. I’ve been an HGTV designer in LA for 20 years now. This house looks cool but the space planning is odd. Lots of halls and walkways with small rooms. And Town Center mall has been gone for over 20 years and what’s there now is not “around the corner”. And AMD is now in Santa Clara and Yahoo! Doesn’t really exist. Weird video.

Respect the grind. House is awesome.
