I’m in the early stages of purchasing a small 40 acre parcel in Mississippi that’s about 50% timber. I think I need to talk NRCS and see what advice and assistance they may be able to give me. I hear you keep speaking of easement. Not all property have easement. Easement deeds are unfamiliar to me are these leases or ?

Founder of my faith is from Belzoni Mississippi. When he was a child he was mistreated by his family so he left the home and went and lived by the Yazoo river. This was back in the 1800s. He was born in 1877. His mother had a midwife & the midwife is the one who named him, she named him George Washington because she said he would one day be the leader of people. He traveled to Chicago in his later years and founded the Church I am in now. People talk about Dr. King and the civil rights movement, which is good...But my church was fully integrated well before the Civil rights movement. In fact it was the Caucasian parishioners who bought most of the land (They wouldn't sell to blacks) and turned it over to the church
