A good friend of mine told me about this location and said I wouldn't be disappointed and would be worth the drive... omg, was he right? It's definitely worth the drive there, and the 8 miles worth of walking and afternoon. Thanks, this worked great. I would add that if the handle is sticking out, you need to push it back to place, then push the pin.
Hi. Thanks for taking the time to make this. I have a 2008 93, but it is the front passenger side that is the issue. This does not have the gromit covering the hole, but a torx screw. Have you dealt with a failue on that side before?
Mine is a 2008/2009 93 There should be a black rubber grommet but this could be colour coded to the car. If not then you may have to remove the door card and go in from the inside. Longer process but should work. Let me know how you got on.
