@ Yea, I would. It takes a lot of adjusting to get it right. A lot of TPS resets too 😅

@@rodneyevans7883 I have a gauge on my regulator and I have fuel pressure sensor on the fuel rail. That way I have a mechanical reading as well and an electronic reading.

@@Savayka There is a pink/blk wire that goes into the relay connector, and you will cut it and wire the green wire from the terminator X harness to the pink/blk wire that goes into the connector. Feel free to ask any questions!

@ what is the one I see that looks maybe like a red with a black stripe or is it possible it’s just faded and supposed to be orange? Because I saw on the wiring diagram there is supposed to be an orange/black wire

@ I’m pretty dang sure it’s supposed to be pink/black. 18GA wire that goes to pin 19 on the ECU. What year is your car?

@@Kellykell-x3w absolutely! In fact, it is recommended. I am currently using it to control my engine which has a turbo and 60lb injectors and it runs great. My brother is using it to power his 357w engine with a blower and he is making over 600hp. It’s a great computer and fairly simple to use. 👍 It will eliminate the Mass air meter as there is no need for it.

@eneboracingchannel I just took it for first test spin, the stock shifter is pretty tight? The springs in the shifter require some break in to loosen up some maybe?

@@dcastro0018 I followed their recommendation of a 1/8” feed and a 5/8” return line. I ended up having the engine out, so I removed the oil pan and had someone weld in the bung so there were not chance of leaking.

@@1tokeover I’m not sure. I am not familiar with the 04 Cobra rack conversion.. What all is needed to convert?

@@eneboracingchannel the MM hybrid steering shaft to convert the foxbody steering to the SN95 input for the 04 Cobra rack, foxbody inner tie rods, and that's about it.

There is no bypass kit, they only connect the green wire to ground to simulate the parking brake jajajajajajajjaja lmo

Thanks! Yea the button is on the wheel. I was thinking of putting it on my shifter, but I have heard under the clutch is a good option as well. 👍

​@@eneboracingchannel to me a button is still a button no matter where it is. It seems to work for you. So there maybe no need to change. I was having trouble letting go of the button fast enough and was hitting the limiter in first. I like having the 2-step on the clutch. If I clutch it to the floor it kicks the 2-step again and makes the shirt smoother. My 2-step is set higher then the next gear RPM so it doesn't hurt.

​@@eneboracingchannelI put a video up on how I am doing closed loop map based boost control without a dome sensor. Since you have been doing open loop you already have a good idea what duty cycle to put in the table. It might work well for you.

You’re right, we have been told by a few people now as well that it was unnecessary. It definitely sounds cool, but for racing I just need to learn how to slip the clutch better. That’s what they are there for anyway haha. 👍

I disagree 100%. 2-step is more important on a manual turbo car than an auto. 2-step helps build boost on the line. Auto car can foot brake on converter for load, they are the ones that don't need 2-step to build boost. Any transmission when you are bracket racing a 2-step can help with consistency. I have better luck with a clutch switch over a button. Do you have any videos of your turbo stick car? I would be glad to watch.

@@russellbroadwell I seem to be able to. Rack off better 60 foot times using the 2-step. This last weekend I was able to get a 1.60 and it felt great leaving off the button.

@@eneboracingchannel how much boost are you getting off the button? I am getting 2-3psi. I have a really lite spring in the gate I am not sure if that is holding me back. I plan to work on my booster builder some when I go back to the track in a couple weeks.

@@russellbroadwell That is roughly about what I am making and then I am able to build up to 9-10psi by the end of first gear. I am using a MAC valve to control boost. Currently I have a 6lb spring in the gate

Yea it’s riding out! It is around 5600-5800 out the traps. Not quite hitting limiter, so the 3.73’s and the 275/50/15 radial are working great together! SPOILER ALERT, we go faster :)

Holley EFI 550-937F I believe. I do not know if they offer this exact kit anymore. I see the Holley EFI 550-937 but then you have to buy the TFI adapter harness which is part #558-305

Thanks! Yea, I was definitely shifting early around 5300-5600. I broke my twin disc in with 500 ish street miles before beating on it. I’ve been abusing ever since then and it is holding up great!

Fastest I have been was 11.60, but have been faster in the 1/8th since then so we’ll see!

That’s what the McLeod recommends, so I had driven about 600 the week prior to this video, so it was dialed in. Some people say it’s not 100% necessary in case you had to change at the track, but I still broke it in first. 👍
