Quick arm workout! Light weights! Finish in the time it takes to listen to “Espresso” twice!
Play “Espresso” by Sabrina Carpenter 2x and you’ll be finished! I’m using 3 lb weights but feel free to use anything from 1-5lbs. Or none at all!

This workout is quick and can be done anywhere with ZERO equipment. I showed 10 reps and only 1 set but you can do double the reps or do several sets! You can also add a weight if you have one! Do it pool side, beach side, bar side, or bed side! Do it as a warm up or as your workout! Have fun!

Real stretch routine that I practice daily and that I do with my clients regularly. Perform in the morning as your first movement to lubricate joints, or in the evening to wind down and decompress after a long day. This can also be done post workout or several times a day to alleviate stress!
Warm up guide!

2 levels of warm ups. 1 beginner level that requires less balance and range of motion. 1 more experienced level which will be good prep for a heavier lifting set. Either level can also be used as a beginner workout! Repeat as many times as you like! Let me know in the comments how many bugs landed on me 😂

1 set of medium-heavy DBs 1 single heavy DB to lift overhead Whole body in a short amount of time! Real workout I wrote for one of my clients! Do it while your kid is napping or waiting for the bottle to warm up!

Here’s a super fast and accessible core workout for literally ANYONE. You can use weights but they are not required! Only 4 moves and you’re done! Let me know what you think! Ps. You can do this more than once! 💪🏼

You only need 1 weight for this workout. It doesn’t even have to be a dumbbell! Use whatever you want up to 10 lbs or just use your body weight! The balance is enough even without the extra resistance. Have fun! Let me know what you think!

Let there be sound! Mic is on and working this time! Mastering more movement patterns with long levels, working core stability in the whole girdle. Use light weights! No more than 3 lbs for moves 1&2, a single moderate to heavy DB for the second move. I used a single 10lb. Let me know in the comments how many times I messed up the count! 😂

Full body Low Impact Fast Any skill level This is just 1 set for 12 reps. Repeat 3 more times increasing reps up to 20. Do the core set video that goes with this workout!
