Woodworking - Rocky's Tool Chest - Restore a Stanley Handyman Jack Plane
In honour of my late father i'm going to dig in to his old tool chest periodically and restore or clean up a piece out of sentiment.
Here we have a simple Stanley Handyman jack plane, one of the better made ones out of the few variations I have come across. Taking care of a few key areas they can make decent shavings.

Using the 3018 PRO CNC Router / engraver to cut out an acoustic guitar bridge. Here's one while i wait for parts for the slicoustic. I was recently given this sledgehammer head and I decided to rehandle it with some fresh mountain ash, and clean up the head a little. The the head is so heavily dented and pitted that it's not really worth going crazy all out restoration but I did get a bit of a polish on the faces and put this thing back in service.
