it still amazed me that even after this game death, people still called this game a "hero shooter" This game can't have one moment of respect unfortunately

Never heared of that game before but one thing I noticed right away was the really wired design of some of the characters. Like the wired frog(?) women, that dude with the giant upper body but really small legs or the two characters that constantly looking on the floor while running. Kinda feels like the developers tried to lran inzo this whole uncanny valley thing but fumbled it and instead of making it intresting and fascinating to look at managed to make it just just really offputting, which would have been great for am enemy design but not for the charakters the player is supposed to control.

Good video, I too hadn't heard of it but it reminded me of Anarchy Reigns (Max Anarchy in Japan) which was made by Platinum Games and was a hero brawler back in 2012. It was a sort of sequel to Mad World and had a bunch of characters fighting in a post-apocalyptic city. It came with two campaigns and the pre-order bonus to include Bayonetta in the roster (or pay later).

I loved the idea of this game back in the day! I didn’t play it all too much cus it never got much hype,but I think the main reasons this game didn’t succeed was cus it wasn’t fast enough, or catered much to the market that made Overwatch

I remember this game, the balance was a mess, fights/squirmish dragged on for too long, and the easiest champ to play was the one range hero.

So basically a bleeding edge and great concept, but terrible marketing that many people didn't know the game and ended up dying because of it.

I remember this game. Even though I enjoyed it a lot back then. It really didn't have a lot going for it. For a game developer that felt the need to brag about their previous titles like DmC Devil May Cry, the core combat didn't have a lot of mechanical depth. The skill system was also not well fleshed out and had some exploitative skill combos (characters like Muave and Nidhogger has skill combos that were insanely too good) And to be real: a bunch of the character designers were unappealing, like the big chicken girl and the fat girl on wheels. Combined with all the other things mentioned in this video and you have yourself another failed hero shooter.

Tbh, I was a dumbass kid enjoying CN Real and live action shows, now I'm starting to realize that they are a bunch of mistakes. Hole In The Wall was okay and Incredible Crew was funny a little bit. Fuck Stuart Snyder!

The only thing I know about it is that it had a browser game that was like Diablo (the show from what I remember never broadcasted the show in my country)
