She's not autistic, she's simply nuttier than squirrel sh*t. No issue there. Some folk are naturally gifted - others are not. Sheesh, my generation fought hard to stop the labelling of people. Now we have a generation of Skittle hair people that want you all to define yourselves, using THEIR terminology, or face being othered by those (lacking in free thought) who do.

I'm also autistic and non-binary (not a lesbian but happy lesbian visibility week!) and I love Orla so much! I think she's a great example of someone being truly themselves, autistic or not (although, I would guess that she's autistic) and I think that's awesome. I also loved the part where she said she had to eat the strawberry pop-tart out of pity because, as a child, I would always have a strange amount of empathy for inanimate objects. I honestly have so much to say about each clip and about Orla and Derry Girls as a whole but have kept this brief so I don't lose track of time. This was a lovely video, thank you!
