Very well done narrative. Articulate and informative. For people wondering about the weather, Nairobi is close to 6000 feet above sea level. So it can be cool much of the year. I'm a Floridian, so cool means cold for me. Also, Nairobi is undergoing an incredible building boom. Who will occupy these apartments/homes? I'm not sure, but I fear there will be a real estate crash if they don't stop building soon. I have seen it happen in Miami and NYC. Housing in the nicer areas, Kilimani, Kileleshwa, Karen, Westlands, Lavington, etc, can be fairly expensive to purchase or rent. All that being said, I love Kenya and spend several months a year in Nairobi. The people are friendly and fun and the food is outstanding. Yes, there are issues with politics and corruption, but I still think that with some logic and hard work, Kenya will become a player on the world stage.

In our culture guests are not expected to offer criticism or opinions unless asked by host. 2. Kenya has been a tourism hub for many years and we know what we are doing. 3. The political stability Kenya has enjoyed since independence has developed our society and our long history as a sanctuary of peace has earned us the title of big brother in our region and all over Africa with visible impact in Somalia, South Sudan, Ethiopia, Uganda, DRC, Rwanda Burundi and many other African countries

East African cities are usually more modern clean and orderly than West Africa. Nigerians always think their country is way more better but i always urge them to visit and see for themselves
