Переглядів 1,8 тис.4 роки тому
An arrangement for piano solo of Les Larmes (The Tears) by Rachmaninoff. My cat joined me for the first few chords he was in rhythm and almost in tune, quite impressive but then decided he had better cat things to do. The score of the arrangement is available here: www.scoreexchange.com/scores/421732.html Les Larmes is the 3rd movement of the Suite for two pianos Op.5 n.1, Fantaisie-Tableaux.
Nun komm der Heiden Heiland, Bach - Transcribed by Busoni
Переглядів 2865 років тому
Chorale prelude from Bach transcribed from the organ by Busoni. Different voices are present in this prelude. Most noticeable is the left hand that emulates the slow progression that would otherwise be played with the pedals on the organ and the chorus, which is present intermittently and stands out from the other voices.

Sublime ❤
Just downloaded this but haven’t attempted yet. Thanks for doing the heavy lifting with the transcription.
Mason AA?
at 6:05 where you brought back the melody to left hand you convinced me with goosebumps and i bought your beautiful arrangement. i will perform it at a concert in a few months, thank you 🙏 i am curious though why you changed original melody on bars 67-69. can you elaborate?
Beautiful
sublime .....
Génial !
Wonderful ❤
Wonderful 👏
Beautiful playing 😍 I uploaded this piece too 😇🙏🏻
Amazing
Excelente!!! Que sonidos hermosos le arrancas al piano! La sutileza y la perfeccion! A la altura de la pieza!!! Abrazo!!!
Beautiful arrangement.
Want to learn this, but it's waaaaay above my talent level. I'll just watch you play it
Comprei essa partitura, está muito bem feita. Estou estudando a muito tempo, pra mim é muito difícil tocar isso. Mas continuo estudando porque um dia vou gravar num álbum meu.
Thank you
Gorgeous! 😮❤
Merci bcp🎹

Thank you. I feel you truly captured the feeling within this music.
Hermoso!🇦🇷
I need a ten hour sleep video of this
Beautiful! Thank's for sharing!!!
I have a great companion with similar antics! I really enjoy your playing as well as the pieces that you pick. ua-cam.com/video/jOWFt3wDNyY/v-deo.htmlsi=D82KaRRJukXdB9rm
Bravo! I can't imagine what hellish concentration this piece demands of the player - this was truly impressive. It's such a beautiful piece, too - I do miss those gorgeous, lush orchestral strings, but I found this piano solo very entertaining and my mind almost conjured the strings to your playing. Thank you!
Complimenti Ho negli occhi e nelle orecchie l interpretazione di Arturo Benedetti Michelangeli e ogni altra interpretazione mi sembra " altra cosa".
I searched on UA-cam extensively to find a version of this for an example for a student. And then I stumble on your channel! I want to hear everything now.
Wow, genius. I thought this was just going to be a half-assed arrangement which compromises on way too many things, but no. It was great. Man, I just loved the three-hand-technique! Amazing job! Hats off!
Magnifique valse…. Merci:)
BRAVO!!☝☝
That wood color! Mason and Hamlin guy here!
Excelente!!❤🎉
I love you for this bro
Laurent, I've loved this piece for years, it is surely the most heart-rending, ever-weaving melody ever composed! I have, myself, considered arranging this beautiful movement for solo piano....although i love Ravel's masterful orchestration, of course. This is an answer to my dream of learning it to play in a concert... eventually! Please, where can i buy this transcription?
Hello. You will find the piece even more fulfilling to play! The link was in the description but here it is again : www.scoreexchange.com/scores/421733.html. Please share your own interpretation if you care one day!
@@laurentbonetto many thanks. Apologies for not noticing the link, I was so intrigued by the performance. I've just bought a copy and look forward to working on it in the coming weeks!
@@stevew1669 good luck with it!
Wow
Very nice performance. A fabulous arrangement for both the piano and orchestra AND the piano has an absolutely exquisite tone.
Amazing performance dude, you are really good, thanks 👌

Purchased it and practiced today.
Very nice… I love… Bach was just fantastic!!! Thank you for sharing your video.
What a wonderful rendition! Do you have any sheet music for this interpretation?
Thank you for your kind word. Yes, I made a sheet for this transcription. It's available here: www.scoreexchange.com/scores/421732.html I hope you enjoy playing it.

Beautiful arrangement and inspiring interpretation. Bravo Laurent
Absolutely beautiful. Just purchased, excited to start on it. Thank you Laurent ✨
Wonderful. Very happy to share the love of that concerto.
Thank you, Laurent for this impressing performance. This piece is haunting me for many years and now there is your piano solo version. I am practising..
Awesome sound !! How did you make this sound?? I want make it and I had tried so many time but I counld not make a lot of sound like you. I got a only one or two times sound like a ping ping. Its all ㅠㅠ Can you teach me if possible? What temperature did you get out of the kiln? Thank you so much
Sorry for the delay! There is no special technique really: I just happen to be quite impatient when I do a firing because I want to see how the final pieces came out, and sometimes I open my kiln while the pieces are still quite warm, hot to the touch even. The sounds come from the pieces cooling down quickly as they get in contact with the ambient air, which is much cooler. The least you wait before opening the kiln after the firing, the more you will get that effect, but it is really not recommended to rush to open the kiln and you should wait at least several hours before doing so no matter what. Otherwise your pieces may crack due to the sudden drop in temperature.
