What working out do I need to show for maths questions?
Rachel explains how to figure out what working out you need to show when tackling maths questions. Her top tips are:
1) Look at the number of marks available
2) Allow [1] mark for the answer, and [1] mark per line of working (or action)
3) Write down all your thoughts about what to do, even if they seem simple or easy
4) Some exam board are stingier than others - get to know yours

This video solved years of unsolved doubts that I had, Thank you so much!
Omg i love this video ,i have a test tomorrow and its going to help me so much ...thank youuu, i literally download the video to help me each time i have difficulty
Can you please do a video while using a 4 figure table to find the tan inverse
I am giving you 1,000,naira000
This is good 🎉
Your advice is amazing! This will help me for me ISTEM(science) and math exam! ✨
Meray mind sy he Nikal gya tha bas hint chair thi
Thanks sis
Your videos are a treasure!
Thanks
I want cos30 in fraction it's 0.866 how to turn that into a fraction by the calculator??
There's a button labelled S<->D that converts between decimals and fractions. I have a video demonstrating it here: ua-cam.com/video/pimSABErAZk/v-deo.html
When do we use inverse? Is it just for TAN?
No, each of sin, cos and tan have their own inverses (usually the second function above the main sin, cos, tan button). You use the inverse when you have two sides and are trying to find an angle.
I was really baffled about that thank you for answering :)
It's simple video like this that makes me confident that I CAN pass maths👍👍👍
Great explaining 👍👍
ayo i understand whats going on but this is completely different from what i am learning . For the 3rd question shouldn't you press inverse tan then divide 5 over 8 ? For the rest of the new viewers , yall can scroll down to see the other comments that were helped.
So you could do tan^-1 (5/8) straight away. That's doing more or less the same thing I am, but just does it in fewer steps. The explanation above just breaks it down a little more.
@@sciencemadesimple8924 okay bet thanks 👍
So question I put in my calculator Sin(15) and it gives me like a really weird answers instead of a number?
Try pressing the S <-> D button, which will transform your answers between numbers and surds. It is also worth checking your calculator is in degrees (there's a little D at the top) and not radians (a little R at the top).
If you all forget use it like this soh- suck cah- ah toa- toe Something visually different makes it understandable
thank you , THANK YOU
Thank you so much, I didn't understand what was wrong with my calculator. Thanks😊
I don't understand ma please
bro how to find inverse of Csc, Sec and Cot 😭
Not mine, but I've seen this video recommended: ua-cam.com/video/zYiwRQaLhhI/v-deo.html&ab_channel=DaleStonecipher
@@sciencemadesimple8924 thanks for this bro
Biggest respect for you ma'am I really really appreciate your help ❤
Thank you
it shows an error idk what to do

Nice teachings
How to find []
Square brackets aren't a thing on this calculator, but you can use multiple pairs of regular brackets/parentheses like so: (5+(6-2))
Thankyou
Thankyou so much 👍👍❤️
This is helpful thanks 👍
