Yk, movement of tkd and is so damn viable in real fighting. The way they react to each other and slide in and out is clean af. But then this competition format of "who touches who first gets a point" just ruins all of it. No boxing defense or real offense, valuing touch over form, and no sense of danger. Thank God someone combined tkd and boxing to get kickboxing

The kids do not make the rules of the competition. They just go out there and compete within them. The kids are there having fun and making new friends along the way. The Olympics uses a point system style of fighting also. Should they just quit because there is "no real combat and risk of injury"?
@@n.cspence8329 that's not the point. Good for them ig, but regardless pure tkd has become a joke for real fighting because of the Olympics influence over it. Problem is a lot of tkd people think they can actually fight. So for those people who aren't just doing it for sport, but doing it for combat. They should definitely quit and learn real fighting.
@strangeone7198 your right tkd has become a joke, but I do kung fu, and if you think I don't know how to fight, you can tell the doctor why you're in the hospital. Because you told someone they couldn't fight 😁
