FAST FORWARD TO 2019; I have an IDX PRO and love it, it is a great detector with the 9" coil. I use it along with my Whites Sierra Madre a really deep detector with the 15" coil. The IDX gets all the stuff on the top plus I know what it is and the Sierra Madre finds stuff down to China so I don't miss much, I don't know what it is until I dig though but if it's deep it's worth digging.

I believe it's not a set up the reason being I experience the same . The sand shifts all the time . No gold one day then old gold the nxt . That's why a area is never cleaned out ... well done to you and may you find more 👍
