You guys had some really good things working for you especially with your set design and lighting. I would have maybe done some framing around the stage so that it didn't seem such a wide open space and framed in the projection screen which should have went to the bottom of the floor. Having said that it seemed like as the scenes went on some of the scenic work dropped quality. And definitely could have done some different choices with entrances and exits especially of the witches.
