unable to update firmware to 0.0.20. Mine still shows 0.0.16. When i click on update, it shows 0% and "Installing, keep bluetooth connected" and nothing happens.

I got mine this morning and easily connected it to my phone by Bluetooth, but after the app updating my neck fan, it won’t turn on. It works fine when charging showing the percentage but not when it’s not plugged.

DONT DO IT!!!! I bought mine days ago. Im a quadriplegic and was looking forward to "beat the heat". I was at Kings Island for the day. Was excited to try my new device. It worked for 15 minutes! I pulled it in, mind you its 11 o'clock and only 80 degrees. The device detected extreme heat and shut off. I shut it off and let it charge. It started back an hour later and didn't take any charge. I shut it off. Then tried to restart it and it didnt work at all. Im returning this asap!! No way am I going to pay 300 for a fan that a 30 dollar amazon fan can do! Im going to be posting a video as well!!! Thank you for posting!! Ill be going to Torras and pair with their stomach fan!!

I just received mine today and to my disappointment the speaker option does not work. I can adjust the volume but the play button does not work nor do I hear anything from the speakers when I play from my iPhone.

Okay here's my problem with this VERY deliberately quick video. 1. The test are being conducted indoors at a temperature of 77 degrees fahrenheit. That is NOT who this company is advertising to! They are marketing this product to people who are in the sweltering heat with night sweats, cutting their yards, running errands in the hot sun, menopausal, exercising etc. Very misleading! Those people are NOT getting these results. Why? Because their bodies are not in 77 degree temperatures!! Who buys a cooling element that drops down allegedly 25 degrees when you're already at 77 degrees in your home??!! Thats why its called ROOM TEMPERATURE. Because the average person (without need of an additional cooling apparatus besides their normal air conditioner-and by the way this thing costs exactly as much as a window air conditioner....maybe more) sets their temperature to that setting and is fine. 2. The 'extreme' temperature of 109 degrees has zero benefit in research here because it does not account for body contact. It is merely a higher ambient temperature. If the body's heat of 98.6 were constantly pressed against those -24 degree cooling plates (aka your neck) you would see that those cooling plates are actually about 4 degrees cooler than your 98.6 degree neck because of energy transference. Those plates would have to reach about 34 degrees fahrenheit in order to be 60-ish degrees by the time your body's constant heat was done with them. This devices Peltier technology doesnt have the ability to reach that low. THAT is why the testing environment in the video is 77 degrees fahrenheit rather than the 85-105 degrees most of you are probably buying it to save you from. Not mad at the manufacturer but I simply cant stand tricky marketing-especially in an economy where many are living paycheck to paycheck and truly suffering in this global warming heat!! Then here comes this expensive device (over $350) claiming to be able to fix at least one thing in your life....your feeling that you're melting.....and this is what we get. Nothing more than competition for Coolify in the great 'who will cool my neck down the quickest' race. This is literally the most expensive device in the market right now and does nothing more than my current apple watch, headphones and failing existing cooling collar. Sad. At least the Apple Watch and Headphones do Exactly what they say they do. Rant over. Thanks for listening.

I got mine today. It came with 80% charge on it. I've had it on charge for a couple hours and it's still only at 91%. Is that normal?

I got it recently, and you need to update to the latest firmware. In 90+ F degree weather the plates stay really cool and feels like a cold towel. Dont expect super cold air in these conditions, but you do get very cold plates, which are doing a great job!

I work out in the 90° humid weather. If i use this will i kill it by sweating?

I purchased this device through Amazon and it is now unboxed and is now charging on my desk. Packaging was great. Feels and looks like a premium device. I will download the app and see about upgrading code (if necessary). Very excited. This looks so well crafted. It looks like a brilliant engineer designed this rather than a marketing person who is trying to rip me off. I'm going to see how it does with cooling after everything is charged and updated. I am so optimistic right now. It has been a while since I've been excited by a new piece of functional tech.

How does this cool? Does it use a cooling agent? Or does it suck hot air away from the plates from inside? Or does it use evaporative cooling? I on't understand how it can be colder than the surrounding air, if it doesn't use a cooling agent.
