No it's 28 tons because the bell is 26,250 kg
The Kaiserglocke is not 14 ton, but is 27 tons because it heavier than Peter. The 14 tons is from the Kaiserglocke in Neustadt Stiftskirche St. Ägidius, and it's the steel bell which casted in 1949 by Bochum Verein Geogessen, and the tone of the 14 tons is es°. Here is about of history of the Kaiserglocke: The Kaiserglocke in Kölner dom is heavier than the Peters one. It were casted in 1874, and place on the boat at 1875 and sent to Kölner dom, tone des°, weight 27 tons. At 1909, the Kaiserglocke has a new clapper (Steel ball). At 1910, the bell is electrified. At Jun 1918, the Kaiserglocke was prepared to the WW2, the bell was dismantled in the tower and its metal delivered for war purposes.
