    Why do you want to make the engine side mount removable? Build the engine side mount, bolt it to the block, than bolt the mount to the original Mercedes engine mount and call it done. Most likely you'll never need to remove it again.

    Good stuff, I'm kswapping my 240z. Have you dealt with the rust above the pedal box? Also have you thought about going DBW instead of cable? The Kmiata guys have the knowledge and parts to help with any kswaps. Looking forward to future vids! (I gotta watch all the previous ones too haha)

      Thanks I appreciate it. No rust on the car anywhere luckily. Pedal will be down. Going haltech with the kpower harness. Not sure on the pedal yet but I already have the intake, adapter and 74mm tb.

    Your gonna have to put a oil drain bolt on the other side because of how the oil pan is leaning. That pan is ment for the stock kseries lean instead of the 0 degree lean.

      I'll have to look at that. It is for the e30 rwd so I just assumed. I normally use an extractor though so... we will see how it goes.

      It's a 1992 mercedes 190e with an 08 tsx k24a engine and a 98bmw 328i zf transmission

    Instead of painting the block, I'd have have put that effort and money doing the timing chain replacement. these are notorious for chain stretch.
