I bought this 1 month ago and put it in my window that was pointing towards the nearest towers in Florida. Was picking up about 50 digital channels. When I put aluminum foil around a certain area of the cable going to the TV I was able to pick up around 80 channels. Remember Florida is mostly flat, and half the channels are trying to sell you something.

The voltage is fine. I think it was 06 or 07 they started using more efficient charging strategies. So if you have a great battery, the computer senses it (you will see a ring shape current sensor with one of the battery cables going through it). If the battery doesn't need to be topped off, no need for the alternator to send out extra voltage, thus more efficient and longer battery / alternator life.

I had one, but too many dash warning lights and no original rims so i sold it. Now I found one, all orginal, no dash lights but with 230k miles😭 very affordable, should I get it?

The 96-2000 something silverado & sierra trucks have a trans cooler that is the same type as the B&M supercooler ....they are very effective trans fluid coolers and diy guys looki g to solve the heat issue for low buck should srarch the boneyards for that trans cooler.

Dude. It means the maximum torque rating. 4 is four speed. T means transverse mounted. 65 means 265 ft.lbs of torque. And e means electronic control. It's a Volvo transmission that GM used for years. It's underrated for the LS4 which output 303hp and 325 ft lbs of torque. I still have the original transmission in my GXP without a cooler. I change the fluid and filter yearly and increased the cooling fan speed at a lower temperature with a Diablo tuner. No problems so far after 16 years.

had found one on carfax exactly in that color & interior with low mileage these LS4 cars are gems ! even if there FWD they definitely muscle cars I have a lazer blue 2006 Impala SS got it in 2019 about to be 5 years might just get a Pontiac as my 2nd car soo cleann 👍🏼

I've replaced the transmission radiator and new fans and after market cooler, and it still runs over 200 sometimes, especially when I do mountain driving. I think this heat problem is also some kind of design problem

dang, got mine in january and ran fine until recently hearing some clunking, which I found could be the driver output shaft before the cv axle(probably my fault since temps got to 230 once on highway before I got it back down). been told it could be a bushing in it, but not sure if it's one you could get without taking the whole thing out. was told by a shop if the trans is taken out, it'll have to be rebuilt(fair since it is at 165k miles). If so, I get an excuse to use the triple edge stage 1 kit at least, even if it'll cost me 2-2.5k just on parts...
