Hello, I am Wanda and watching your tutorial. I have a question for you as I have been watching rope basket videos to learn how to do it. you mentioned that the fabric could unravel. what if we sewed 1/8th to a 1/4-inch seam on both sides of the fabric before wrapping around the rope? it seems to me that might keep it from unraveling. what is your thought on this and do you feel it may make it too thick? Just asking because I am interested in knowing all of the ins and outs before attempting my first basket. I have a clothesline rope I bought from the hardware to use and some scrap fabric to make a decretive basket, thank you for your time and your video. I am a new subscriber from Southwest Michigan

I would like to know if the stitches can be replaced on the embroidery. For example, I like a blanket stitch instead of a satin stitch. Is it possible to swap the stitches out?

I started the hometown quilt a couple weeks ago. I have four houses cut out and two glued down. The only one I have as the measurements is the flag house. I watched the video with Rachel stitches and then I watched the one with Lori Holt on the flag house. I don’t know where to get the video tutorials, to set up the other houses. ??????

Your are a natural teacher. Wonderful tutorial. One of the things I noticed was that you muted the sound of the sewing machine. I have tried watching other tutorials where you hear the ma nine the whole time. Not enjoyable. Thank you
