Hopefully not! In a perfect world, updating your correct website link will not cause any issue. However, Google can behave in strange ways sometimes as a heads-up. I have heard of Google Business Profiles being suspended after someone simply posts a Google Post. Usually, if a suspension happens in error like this, Google will review it and unsuspend the profile within a couple days.

Thanks for pointing that out. This may be a pro feature, I am not sure. I do personally have the paid version.

Have you verified your profile? Usually Google restricts features until the profile is verified.

I totally get that, Darius, I am trying out some new tools and content types to get traction for my longer-form videos. But these new shorts have been very different. I'm seeing what connects the best and hopefully get to the right place with the type of videos I am making.

@@KeeganEdwards Thanks for taking interest! I have a physical location- voice lessons out of my home studio. I was only offered verification through video and submitted two with all of Google criteria. Now I have no ways of verifications. I've contacted with multiple Emails and posted twice in communities. no human has helped, but I was sent a few 'How did we do?' emails

Awesome! I am so glad to hear that hack worked! Honestly, I wonder why Google is doing that to you from your business owner login. GBP Manager can have some strange behaviors sometimes. See if it persists by trying again in a month or two. I'll let you know if I come across anything in the meantime that might be the reason why.

Hey Darius, Great question. There are so many solutions to choose from. But, I think specific platforms are best depending on the business's goals. My thoughts on the best solutions based on goals and technical ability: Any type of e-commerce business: Shopify (may want to hire a Shopify Expert) Small local service businesses like Handyman or House Cleaners that want a basic, easy website: Mighty Sites A business that wants to build a beautiful-looking website by themselves that is more robust: Wix or Squarespace For a business that wants a professional and robust website built and managed for them, WordPress using a trusted agency - I recommend Freshy Sites. Or WebFlow. *If you are doing any type of online transactions, though, I would still say Shopify over WordPress. Small Local business that wants a basic, professional Informational Website that they don't need to make changes to often and save some money: Mighty Local For a very large business: Magento, NetSuite, Shopify Plus. These are all more enterprise options and cost a lot more but have a ton of features for huge businesses. Have you tried any of these? What type of business and/or what's the goal for your website?

Hi, my friend. When you try the citations tool, it should tell you which business directories BrightLocal has access to claim on your behalf. It will show you this before you are prompted to pay for the service. I would take a look at those directories and see if they are relevant to your country. It definitely won't hurt anything and can only help. But you might want to make sure the directories you see are relevant. For your other question about having your service-based business reach more people around the UAE, I suggest doing Google search ads and running those ads all around the UAE. Google shows localized results by default, but ads are the best way to start reaching people farther from your business. You can also check out a specific type of ad called Local Service Ads and see if you qualify for those as well. Those place your business at the top of Google Maps results, but you have to pay for the clicks and only certain types of businesses qualify. I hope this helps! Best, Keegan
