Hi Marne. Great video, I enjoy your channel! When a train gets delayed this many hours, do they have adequate provisions onboard (food, etc.) to just continue the journey when they are able, or is some other level of provisioning required?

The most impressive train cars ever produced for land travel (far finer than Maria Theresa's Berliner coach) ; yet the train is treated like a stage coach !

That train has certainly had its share of drama. UP derailment with 15 hour delay, coach cars up front, sleepers on back, doors & step stool almost left on departure. Hope it finally gets to Chicago ok.

Heads up Marne, I’ll be heading for Fort Morgan from Omaha on October 20th. I’ll be there on October 21st. I should be able to meet Mike Jensen while waiting for a friend to pick me up. Then on October 23rd evening, I’ll be back on the train heading back to Omaha. I should be able to meet you that evening. October 23rd.
