Kind of a bummer that the two closest Shoto characters from Project Justice didn't get featured. Hideo is clearly a practitioner of some Ansatsuken offshoot and Roy curbs from Ken and Terry Bogard.

Thing that really pissed me off with Seth was that I once countered his aerial with a shoryuken and before I landed from mine, he landed from my hit, got back up, countered with his own Shoryuken. I don't care if it is final boss bullshit. To this day it rubs me the wrong way.

Interesting how SF The Movie (the game) has Ryu use the name "Shoryuken" while Ken shouts "Dragon" (as in "Dragon Punch", which "Shoryuken" is actually Japanese for).
