Hey y'all my name's Ben. I'm a passionate guy with many deep curiosities. Currently in a Clinical Mental Health Masters program at Naropa University with a concentration in Contemplative Psychotherapy and Buddhist Psychology.
I explore many BIG topics and questions, such as: "how do we live the best lives possible"? A difficult question to answer, and what does that even mean?
Integrating buddhism, meditation, and numerous other lesser known practices into the western view of the mind and mental health. Ultimately to further our understanding of how answer what is ultimately an unanswerable question: "How do we live our best lives."

There is nothing like seeing animals in the wild......After I had a few encounters with wild Animals......I realized that Cartoons where copies of wild animal encounters How they acted facial expressions etc.The national parks are nice Yosemite Glacier waterton Yellowstone in that order for me. But you have to go at the right time when less crowded.

Bro, you should continue, your content is useful, only thing you need is different picture for videos and maximum advise, like, you should not only say what you want to say, you should solve people psychological dylemas, for example, instead of saying "enough is enough", say "what you really want to be happy?
