Hello!
Lars and I have put this channel together so we can show you all the wonderful adventures and silly antics that we get up to. We aren't the stereotypical couple, that's for sure! And we wanted you to see us through a proper video camera, as so many of you react to our fun on IG (thank you always, by the way!) but have never met us in real life. All of our friends around the globe and our family can now witness more of what we do :)

HALIFAX: A GOTHIC WEEKEND
We spent the weekend in Halifax!
Halifax is a town located in West Yorkshire. It's famous for it's Piece Hall, a beautiful building, which now holds many independent shops, cafes & bars. In the summer, the outside space is used to hold concerts, and bands such as Korn, Limp Bizkit, and Placebo have played.
As well as the Piece Hall, there are some wonderful craft beer bars, which we sample in this video.
If you are into your doom metal, you will already know some bands were born out of Halifax or close to it, such as Paradise Lost and My Dying Bride (Bradford). We have known some of the MDB guys for a while now, and can now call them friends. Them, and their partners and friends, are simply wonderful. So we all met up and grabbed some drinks. It was fantastic, and we were really, quite drunk. Haha!
Shibden hall is just a five minute drive away from the town centre, so we visited the area before driving home. A tranquil place, with the historical Shibden Hall itself, and the gardens surrounding it. It's worth a trip if you are into nature and have some time.
Another amazing weekend with awesome people!

What a show! One of the busiest and best opening acts for the main stage that I have ever seen, and on a Sunday too! This band absolutely deserve it. 14:29. That's Joe Hendry 🤣 Fun fact: That was my brother's idea. He planned an idea for it and tagged along with it. He printed 50 sheets of stickers and we sticked pretty much all over the camp and arena 😅 We even recruited more people to hand out the sheets as well.
So I have heard haha! That is actually brilliant. We just got back to the campsite at one point and his face was EVERYWHERE! :D Thanks to your brother for the idea and the laugh :D -Amber
That guy you see stickers of everywhere is a wrestler called Joe Hendry. All you need to do is say his name, and he appears haha. He done a music video which turned in to a bit of a meme. That picture of Pete Steele in the gallery was epic, great to see that man remembered.

Thanks for the Vid!! I am old school, Megadeth, Anthrax, Ozzy, Black Sabbath etc, not soo much into the Death/Speed metal but I do own Leprosy and Pantera records. I also recently got into Slipknot, not sure how I missed them, really enjoying it!! Do you guys have any suggestions for me to listen to?
It's okay! :D Thank you for commenting! Ah nice, Slipknot are great, and it doesn't matter when we get into bands. It's sometimes nice that you get into a band so late because you have access to lots of their music! :) There are bands such as Lamb Of God, Devildriver, Amon Amarth, Gojira, Chimaira, Kreator... you might know all of these already haha! The 2024 70,000 Tons Of Metal Cruise was the first Cruise I have ever been on. I had an AWESOME time! I plan on going back, every year.
