Have they gone up on the price for you yet? I'm thinking about ordering it for my daughter for Christmas and just getting a few months, but if they go up on the price or if it's not easy to cancel, I'm not sure...

I absolutely love getting this box. I love all of your crystal bracelets. I've never seen a notebook in this box, that's different. I love Frankincense and Myrrh for that matter! There is a blue goldstone, maybe you were supposed to get that? I love all forms of Ocean Jasper. You got a great box!

I ordered the free undies and paid for shipping. I was told they shipped. A month later and I still do not have them. They are unwilling to refund my shipping because they say it does they shipped them. I believe they created a UPS label but never shipped the product.

That’s weird, I’m in Canada and have been getting the box for nearly 3 years and they have never been open. I hope everything was in you boxes. Happy arting and stay safe.

Don't even bother trying them. After almost 2 months and 7 emails back and forth telling them that I haven't received my first shipment, and even charging me for the 2nd one, they said "we just realized your package got lost". No, really??? Terrible customer service. Had I know, I would have never even bothered.
