Don't take advice from the FDM. Try looking at some of the educational videos I've collected in my stormwater playlist from years of searching here on UA-cam. A single 6in pipe will produce the same flow as three 4in pipes. Just the other day FDM made a delusional video saying tree root can find water 50ft away but The Hefty Brothers say back in 2009 that large trees require 80ft -140ft of distance to avoid a root invasion & premature drain failure. I ended up using a "Blind Inlet" style setup to avoid tree roots where I have solid lines running to 20ft-40ft sections of perforated pipe installed in strategic spots of the lawn. Corrugated pipe is a complete waste of money with all the trees you've got. If the USDA's SoilWebSurvey doesn't recommend fabric then you should probably skip it & just use extra rocks to combat erosion.
