Love my 55’s
Yeah they're pretty good
hey mate - ive bought this saw second hand and it started no worries but after i pulled the filter off the back to clean it, it has high compression and wont start. have you ever had this issue with the saw?
nice video are you still happy with it after this time or is the c13 better also what variety bamboo is that its lovely
Hi thanks for stopping by, yes I'm still happy and still using it. the c13 would be better but also more expensive and a bigger machine. Bamboo is chinese dwarf
My holzforma g338 saw is blue. I'm happy with it, it has good power, has not stopped working after maybe 20 hours of work (2 winters) and was a bargain.
How's the saw holding up
Surprisingly, very well, one of my most used saws and never had a problem since the rebuild
One of the best saws ever made!
Cut very fast too
I had the same results as you, the case came with peeling paint all over, but mostly inside the crankcase cavity, which would destroy the bearings if used like that, but worse was the cavity for the adjuster, it was machined incorrectly, way too large and squared ended instead of round for shaft…..in my case not even OEM Stihl parts worked….when I told Neotec customer service, they said to run it that way and not to worry……talk about great customer service….chinese stuff and companies have a long way to go, if ever, before they stop producing junk.
Yeah Neotec are junk, lots of you tubers getting free saws to give good reviews
You could request a new switch and speak to someone at the company to send you some replacement parts. That is the right thing to do. You may be surprised and get what you need. If you get some customer service, you may have a more positive view. I have seen reviews go both ways on customer service. It's always worth a try. Businesses don't like poor reviews and they need complaints when things go wrong so that they can address and fix them.
That starting like a girl 👧 is the proper way to start chainsaws ,Johno and Jono have a version of this called a Perla Barb 70cc what would your recommendation be on this as I am in the immediate process of getting one, I am in Melbourne Victoria just subscribed to your channel sincere regards.
Hi thanks for subscribing, I can't really comment on the Perla Barb saw I've never had one but I think all those Husqvarna 372 clone saws are pretty much the same. I'm very happy with my g372xp
Thanks mate! This is exactly what I needed to know. Much appreciated!
The dog is beautiful.. helpful video too for the chipper. Thanks mate!
What happened to the top end? Saw looks brand new
Got an air leak between the cylinder and crank case, blew past the gasket and I didn't pick up what was happening till it was too late. Should have checked Bolts after run in period

What us the mixing ratio of oil and petrol? Because I got exactly the same one from my grandfather and I don‘t know exactly what kind of mixture it needs.
I use 40:1 on all my saws

Nice job
Lean the high jet. So it burbles at full throttle but not in the wood if you know what i mean.
Yes I no what you mean, have been playing around a lot sence then and have now got the high jet all the way in. Think it would do better with a ome carb
Put an oem carb on it and they arent bad.
Yes I agree the high jet is almost all the way in at the moment and feels like I should go more
More like popup piston and muffler mod.
Sounds good, running fat though. Thinking about building one of these.
Yeah all sorted now, thanks

Senso bagus bos 👍
Get a Fiskars, a lot cheaper to run and easier than cross cutting with a saw.
Got one also got f*#ked elbows, most people can tell by the bandaged elbow
Mesin yang sangat bagus 👍
Thanks
1/4 turn in low jet
Lean it out.. 4 stroking in the cut.. i had to do the same on the low jet for mine after the muffler mod.. seems to pump more fuel with the mod..
Thanks, will give give it a go
I hope that wasn't wide open throttle
Probably was. Sounds a little rich. Lean it out a bit and rpm’s will go up.

After seeing this (and other) video I bought a Hansa C7 second hand for my bamboo management and put hundreds of culms through. Excellent, only wish I bought one years ago. I had a pile of then dry bamboo about 1.5m high x 2.5 m wide x 10m long which the professional tree people were not interested in mulching and which would have meant a lot of trips to the council green waste facility. That was the first job for my C7. Dry bamboo blunts the blades. When blunt the machine works harder and the mulch becomes stringy. I made a sharpening jig out of a hinge welded at the angle of the blade bevel, bolt the blades on and hone on 280 grit wet and dry paper on a flat bit of glass. Honing only takes a few minutes, but removing and replacing blades makes it more like a one hour job. Much better results if I hone the blades after a full day or so of mulching dry bamboo. The instruction manual says to mulch when green; wise words. Now I have the machine I mulch within days of cutting so it is mostly green bamboo which cuts much easier and doesn’t blunt the blades as fast. I tested second hand chippers of other brands including a 12hp job before getting the C7, and they worked on other sticks but performed badly when I put bamboo through. Now I know the importance of sharp blades for bamboo it is possible they too would have been ok if sharpened but I’m perfectly happy with my C7 and am glad they failed so I ended up with this excellent machine. After a warning scratched face when wearing goggles I bought an expensive full face wire mesh helmet with ear muffs. I will not use the mulcher unless wearing it! So thanks for posting the video, it put me on the right track.
great machine thank you for showing us. your vlog would have gone to the next level though if you had of remembered your personal protective equipment , I always get worried watching risk takers I am a RN of many years sometimes the human body can not be put back exactly! Otherwise thank you again I do believe we need this machine 😀
Wow. I wish I have something like that in the backyard. But unfortunately, when it rains the water remains on the ground that looks like a rice field. Watching this video from Southern Philippines🇵🇭
Thanks very much Dave
No probs
Your dog is probably wondering where all the sticks went. 🤣 we have the C7 at work. After lockdown our gardens were probably 5 feet high with veges that had gone to seed. I ended up stripping the large plants and chipping it all straight onto the beds. Along with some chips and some compost as a culture. My beds are looking great and after Cjristmas should be ready for replanting with mulch added. There has been no regrowth.
🤣 she does give you funny looks when you throw sticks in, l think mulch is the secret to any successful garden. Thanks for watching
Hi Dave, just love it: Someone working with heavy duty power tools wearing thongs. Must be Australian! Nice looking chipper. Seems to work very well. Almost stalled it with your larger pieces of bamboo. Obviously not a full 6.5 Hp motor running there. Maybe what has been said of Hansa is that they are using cheaper Chinese {underpowered} motors. Thanks.
Hi thanks for commenting, it is the 6.5 Honda I didn't tighten the belts properly so they came loose .
What happens to something like straw and lucerne. How fine can it make it ?
Don't think so, I've put bamboo mulch threw 3 times and dosent make much difference
Sir , I need black termeric. You can give me black termeric?
Good video mate and great machine !!! Just Sub😉
This plant is curcuma ginger 🙏
looks like those flowers come from the ground? Mine come out from the side of the plant. I thought that was kinda different from galangal's which is on the top of the plant.
Yes straight up from the rhizome
how do you still have grass with those ducks:)? My ducks got rid of all the grass in the yard, from full to bare within one year.
I think turmeric flowers are prettier than galangal, and they last much much longer, too.
Just over fed and lots of luck I think
