Once upon a time, around 5 or 6 years ago, I discovered OBNN through UA-cam's algorithm recommending me their cover of 'El Tango Egoista' and seeing the thumbnail, I clicked on it. Before I realized it, I was watching every cover done by OBNN. The beautiful art and mesmerizing animation paired with harmonious vocals of everybody singing. You can feel the passion and uniqueness of each singer singing their lines. All of OBNN's covers are god-tier in all aspects. Tuning into each song was like a wonderful journey of its own. And supporting OBNN in my way, watching their covers in the sideline is something I truly enjoyed. Alas, all great things come to end. News about their last cover song as OBNN hit me hard. I was shocked and couldn't believe it, OBNN producing their last and final cover wasn't a thing I came to consider throughout my time with them. On the day of the premiere of their final cover, I cried a bit. Yet, I found myself unable to watch another OBNN song cover, I guess I took their farewell too much that it hurt to even think about it (I was too stupid back then :3c). It took me far too long to move on from their departure that I have forgotten about them, the emotions, the memories I had of OBNN. Now, in this account, 4 years (nearly 5 years) as of writing since the premiere of OBNN's final cover-'Payment', I rediscovered OBNN and their works again. My favorite covers: 'Blessed Messiah and The Tower of Ai,' 'Pandemic,' and 'El Tango Egoista,' it all came back, the emotions, the memories, the adoration I had for OBNN. I know I am 4 years too late and they won't see this but, I just want to say 'Thank you' to everyone in OBNN. All of you who sung, who drew and animated, and who contributed to OBNN. You've provided me with joy and inspiration during those time and I will never exchange that for anything else. I also have heard of the passing of Myapi and I hope they rest peacefully, their work within OBNN will not be forgotten. To everyone in OBNN, I wish you good luck and the best as you all move forward! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
