I have read Zero limits and At Zero as well. You have explained it well unlike few people who say that we can use it on others, you have correctly mentioned that we use it to change world inside us and the world outside changes. So, I came across this prayer 6 months back and I used it for my car and it worked. Since then I was fan of this. Now, I am using it majorly to make myself happy and at peace. Trust me, it works wonders. Even if you don’t feel like just keep repeating the 4 phrases it would eventually work.
