Interesting perspective. Sounds like you have your mind made up. How would you go about proving life is nothing but an illustrious dream? The proof you're looking for is confined to human understanding, yet there are clearly things beyond our human limits. If you're genuinely searching, I encourage you to continue to seek wisdom, understanding, and correction. As will I.

My belief in God is my recognition in a creator. The design of life and all that we know clearly points to that, in my opinion. I rest in the fact that all that is within in me and beyond me is left to God. So I follow the example of Jesus Christ as best as I can to move forward, knowing it's not in my power to resolve all differences, but love everyone despite them.

Can a God whose actions are quantifiable, limited, and explained by human science even be viewed as a God? How would that serve a God’s ability? The miracles and actions of Jesus were documented just as well as his birth. The people who stood by what they saw and died for it has never been seen in any other religion on a similar scale. But at the end of the day, none of that holds much weight for me personally. Following Jesus Christ is a choice and the substance many people are looking for is found in a personal relationship with Him. His words and wisdom hasn't proven to be wrong in my life. His grace and mercy has saved my life, directed my steps, healed and comforted me when quantifiable science could not. And it has done the same for many others I know and love as well. Praise God for all that he is that we can't even begin to understand!! So I have faith because what I know to be true in my life, despite not being able to provide the physical proof creation would ask of a creator. Faith and free will is the key. It allows us to choose which is the only way to real love.
