Cuz of you Prof. I'm doing all colonoscopies underwater. This made everything easier for all of us, doctors and patients. Thank you

Amazing work 👏🏼👏🏼
I respectfully address the medical team involved. There are so many conflicts of interest involved that I lost my breath. How can they use so many materials at such a high cost, for something that could be solved with a needle, a TT knife and two endoclips?
this is great
Thank you Professor, I learned a lot from the video.
Hi sir. I have a question. When do we need using clip in UEMR polypectomy to close incision? Thanks sir very much!
What tool did you use to get that orange / yellow residue off the wall
Wonderful
Er ist speziell - jedoch fachlich super, ruhig, professionell und äußerst mutig - und auch noch nett zum Assistenz Personal. Ich sehe ihn immer wieder gern!
Hi prof. I’m Hung, from Vietnam. I really like underwater poem as you do. I performed 7 POEM and I tried to do underwear POEM but there was still difficult due to can not submerge. There is a bulla dividing the surgical field into two that makes difficult to identify the plan to dissect. I woud like to learn this technique from you so please share your Tips and Tricks if you don’t mind. Thank you so much.

Amazing!
Excuse me sir, did you perform therpaeutic colonoscopy using pediatric colonoscope ?
👍
👍👍👍
Very good demonstration as always, thanks you Is there any risk of needle getting stuck to the fibers of coils ?
Excellent work sir
excellent , verry excellent explanation
I think your an amazing dr. In fact i sent a referral to your office. Will hopefully meet you soon if my case is something you can help. I know your patients appreciate your dedication thank you.
Best endoscopist worldwide
Thank you for the excellent lecture, very useful
Great job, it’s very impressive What did u use for the immersion ( saline with bleu or water ) ? And what about setting for the tunnel cutting , coagulations modes ? Thank u 🙏🏽
Would you consider Endocut mode instead? I found less bleeding after UEMR using endocut mode comparing to autocut.
Welldone
Were you eventually able to identify the pancreatic duct orifice and place a pancreatic stent?
Do you keep this stent indefinitely or remove it after sometime? Like you do for LAMS in pseudocyst / WON
What did u do then sir ?
This Dr. Is great!!! Where is he located?
EXCELLENT
Nice speech thank you
Would a wire give you any advantage?
Fascinating and so, so true. one of the most accurate lectures on the subject
Nice
My dream procedure!
Welldone sir
Genius Ken!!!!!
Awesome 👏
Respect thank you so much
I worked for Mr. Stein And Mr. May at their Company in Oakland in the mid '60s. I was 14...Of course there are many stories....they were very kind, hard working, and extremely driven. I recall they met as window display designers at the May Co.. in NY. ...60 years later, May their memories be of a blessing.
Amazing
Wonderful lecture, prof Binmoeller 😍
You are my master…🤗
If u could talk about now, not how use to be. Its confusing. I don't know what the other Dr is saving.did u get all the stones and debris out? This has to be done about 3 times, and u save the gallbladder?
What will happen to the coil and glue mix extruding out? This looks like a potential for small bowel obstruction if it is small enough to pass through the pylorus. Would you aim to remove the extrusion with the risk of potentially brisk bleeding in doing so?
Thank you for sharing this insightful video. I learned a lot from you.
