Poor puffy! Prayers Puffy gets better! Do you use probiotics with antibiotics in your country? I had to always use probiotics when my girls were on antibiotics. It helps with their gut and stomach issues from the medicines. I used Benebac. 🙏

I was pretty worried this since we didn't hear about the HugHug herd and feared the worste. I'm glad that Puffy's still with us, but I fear for the worst. Keep feeding him and I hope he'll recover soon. I have a Guinea pig, Joaquim, who, recently, obtained a tumor on his mammary gland and some anomaly on his lungs/heart. It's not easy and it's been seriously devestating me. I can empathize with you.

I'm so sad that Puffy has been so poorly during the last time. Sending him all my love and hope that he will master this crisis. Thank you so much for your ongoing love and care for him and the other piggies!

These are all bad signs that a guinea pig is coming to the end of its life. I know because my guinea pig suffered a lot of these symptoms just before he died. Puffy is getting very old, so this has probably all come about due to his ageing. It's sad to see Puffy looking this way. But if he does die soon then the good news is that once he crosses over the Rainbow Bridge then he will be reunited with his best friend Peppy.
