Aged 8-9 back then used teletext to find out who was on The Essentisl mix and figured out how to set the timer on my Aiwa hifi to record at least 1 side of a D90 cassete if i didnt fall back asleep to turn over the tape the B side. Stiil have all my tapes. Random BBC late night session Etc

In the bath when this was taping it on my AKKI system hearing it new it was fuc,ING special so left I taping,went back at about 3 in the morning to me house held it like a proud father backto party had it looped for straight 6 8 hours I don't need to say any more, still getting rushes hearing it again I did mix tong out naturaly Haha 🤣 fu,k him,Gona live for ever, Lincolnshire uk ❤
