I film short videos making recipes that I feed to my family. They are short and to the point. Most of my videos are 5 minutes or less. Making cooking videos has become my passion. I get so much joy from it.

Southern fried salmon patty
I think what makes these “southern fried” is the cornmeal!! It does make it taste like an old fashion fish fry!! I will be making them like this again. By the way … do you say salmon with the /L/ or without? Just curious! Either way this is a quick meal for your family. Made 7 nice size patties.
10-14 ozs of canned salmon
1 egg
1/4 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder or you could use 1/8 cup diced onions. Depending on your taste
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2-3 tablespoons cooking oil
Fry on medium heat 5-7 minutes on each side or til golden brown

A dessert that can be ready in a snap. 1 yellow cake mix 1 stick of melted butter, 1 egg Mix together to form crust spread into 9x13 baking dish Filling 2 eggs 3 cups powdered sugar 1 8oz block of cream cheese 1 t vanilla Mix well pour onto crust. So how is this a pizza
I guess if you consider the mozzarella cheese, Italian seasonings,grilled with Parmesan butter on homemade rosemary garlic bread then dip it in pizza sauce then it taste like pizza. It’s a short. Not a tutorial.
