Feeling drained, anxious or unhappy after spending time with a person then it's a red flag to step away. Sums up so many of my close friends whom I have divorced from my life. I will no longer play the role of someone else's emotional garbage can. If a friend is not reciprocating the empathy, care, and love that I give them, I need to move on. My husband doesn't understand why step away from my friends. He says, "you can still hang out with them and have fun". However if only one friend is having fun and the other is drained from the encounter, it's not fair. I'm looking for deeper, richer relationships with my friends. Some women just can't let themselves be that vulnerable. I try to explain to my husband that I feel better alone, than being with a fake friend. He doesn't understand.

Absolutely it's so important to detach when it gets just too much. People, most people just use your emotions and leave you broken, devated and depressed. But the question is how long can you suffer? How long can you choose someone else over and over again? It just sucks away everything inside of you

I am a graduate of several Berkeley Psychic Institutes programs. I spent about $20000 over the years. Since April 2022, unwillingly I got on a mental torturing system while unconscious, I paid extra $1000 to R Brewster as they requested over the phone. This system has been creating weird images n voices in my space except when I'm asleep. It's very dangerous as I involuntary dropping stuff in the kitchen n I was pushed by invisible hands while walking in public. How do you emotionally detached from someone if you’re living under the same roof even though I’m able to have my own room in my own space that’s the only way that I can physically detach for a while and the other person isn’t even aware that they’re draining and they’re negative And I’m sitting there trying to make them aware of it instead of actually just walking away and physically detaching for a while.. This is not a situation that I’m able to go away from simply due to financial issues. Otherwise I’d be gone by now. I’m not necessarily being abused. I’m just in the presence of someone who is completely unaware of themselves and how their actions are overwhelming to me and it’s usually the need to control to be asking me 1 million questions and it could be when I have just woken up or if I’m in the kitchen, just trying to make myself a meal they come in and they talk and I just know it’s gonna be about what is needed to be done and I know that I can’t communicate with this person about boundaries so therefore I have to set them myself and just physically distance myself for a whileOtherwise I’ll have no energy for myself.
