Got a 2011 f150 v6 with the 3.7 even that is fast asf

I owned both v6 and GT and i can guarantee you that the rear gearing ratio playing a huge role on how those cars react, with the stock 3.31 gearing on the 2005 GT you are just a normal traffic vehicle and once you upgrade to 3.55 ,3.73 or 4.10 then the beast will awake especially in the low end

Totally worth it for the little amount it costs I have 2014 convertible and it came with the most basic ass radio not even a shaker model it was soo bad it stopped working and an oem shaker model cost way more than this did 👍
