Hello, I would like to try different techniques of slowing down breathing, reducing the volume of breathing under someone's supervision (with a pulse oxymeter) it all depends on the ingenuity of the person conducting it, how to induce air hunger, reduce or increase the intensity..... maybe someone will find such experience useful in their work or can check the mechanisms that occur during breathing reduction exercises (physiology) I'm open to different ideas... VARIOUS :)
I am grateful to say that I am a born again Christian and have been since I was 19.......to those who may have lost loved ones first of all let me truly say that I am so sorry for your loss! Just know that I am praying for you let me encourage you by saying that if your loved one truly belonged to Jesus then this is only a temporary loss as I believe the Bible teaches we will all be reunited one glorious day! However folks if you don’t know Christ as your savior and you were to suddenly die in your sins then it burdens my soul to think that you are headed for a terrible place called Hell where the Bible says the fire is never quenched and the worm dies not! Well then all of a sudden someone you don’t even know comes forward and says you know what I know he’s committed the crime he’s committed and he deserves to go to jail but I really don’t want to see him go to prison so I’ll just go to prison for him so he can go free! So if you accepted that offer you’d be free to leave the courtroom but if you didn’t well you’d be crazy and go to prison yourself! Well that’s exactly how it was 2,000 years ago! He is God in human flesh and he came to this earth lived a perfect sinless life and even though he knew that we had sinned and because of our sins deserved to die miserably but he said no I don’t want to see them suffer so I will go and take their punishment for them! Even though he did absolutely nothing wrong still he chose to take the punishment for our sins so we can be set free from the power bondages and consequences of our disobedience to God! Romans 5:8 says For God commends his love toward us that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us! 1 John 2:2 says he was made to be the propitiation for our sins! And not just for our sins but the sins of the whole world! 2 Corinthians 5:21 He who knew no sin became Sin for us that we would be made his righteousness! The truth is if you had to get to Heaven by your own effort then you cannot do it! Because Romans 3:10 says there is not one that does good! No Not One! Romans 3:23 says For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God! Romans 6:23 says For the wages of sin is death! But the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our lord! But the good news is Romans 10:9 If we confess with our mouth and believes in our hearts that Christ died for our sins then was raised from the dead we will be saved! V 10 For it’s with the heart we believe and it’s with the mouth confession is made unto salvation! God gave us 10 commandments to follow and we’ve broken every one of them! And because God is a good God he cannot allow our disobedience to him to go unpunished! Well then like I just mentioned above his son Jesus stepped forward and said no I don’t want to see them punished so I will take their punishment for them! And also like I said he died a terrible substitute criminal’s death for us on a cross so now all we have to do is accept that payment for our sins and we can escape the terrible wrath of God that is to fall on them who do not accept this atonement that was sacrificed for our sins! And 1 Peter 1:4 you’re an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you! Acts 4:12 clearly states that there is no other name given unto Heaven or earth by which we must be saved as there is salvation in no other! And Lord no matter how fiery our trials can become lord just giving you all the praise and thanksgiving will cause us to become overcomers and more than conquerors! And as always no matter how painful or even unbearable our temporary sufferings can become still Romans 8:18 paints just the perfect picture of just how small and temporary our troubles are compared to eternity as it states that our present sufferings are not worthy to be compared to the glory that shall be revealed in us! And I also know that 1st Thessalonians 4:16-18 day is coming For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words. Also 1 Corinthians 15:51-52 tells us that Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. And also Revelation 21:4 day is near and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes and there shall be no more crying death sorrow neither shall there be any more pain for all the former things have passed away and all things are new! What a day that will be! When my Jesus I shall see! When I look upon his face! The one who saved me by his grace! When he takes me by the hand and leads me to the promised land! What a day! Glorious day! That will be! Just a few more weary days and then I'll fly away! To that place where Joy shall never end! I'll fly away! I'll fly away oh glory! I'll fly away in the morning! When I die hallelujah by and by! I'll fly away! By and by when the morning comes! When the saints of God are gathered home we will tell the story of how we've overcome! And we'll understand it better by and by! Sing the wondrous love of Jesus! Sing his mercy and his grace! In the mansions bright and blessed! He'll prepare for us a place! When we all get to heaven what a day of rejoicing that will be! When we all see Jesus! We'll sing and shout the victory! O victory in Jesus! My savior forever! He sought me! And bought me! With his redeeming blood! He loved me ere I knew him! And all my love is due him! He plunged me to victory! Beneath the cleansing flood! And as Titus 2:13 puts it we are waiting for that blessed hope of the glorious appearing of our lord and savior Jesus Christ! I'm kinda homesick for a country to which I've never been before! No sad good byes will there be spoken! And time won't matter anymore! Beluah Land I'm longing for you and someday on thee I'll stand where my home shall be eternal! Beluah Land Sweet Beluah Land!!!! Yes lord what a wonderful beautiful glorious and victorious morning that still lies ahead for all of us who belong to you and are called according to your purpose! Forever all our pain will be forever forgotten ousted and vanished in the presence of our lord and savior Jesus Christ! Yes lord please use these reminders to set all of our minds on things above and not things down here! and finally when all is said and done please just multiply and pour out all on our days ahead with much smiles satisfaction and laughter unimaginable sunshiny happy days and Joy unspeakable!
