If I remember correctly remove the screws and pry gently starting at the screw end of the part. If you go to Partzilla Fuel Tank 2, you can see a picture of the part. Here is the part number. COVER, TOP B9T-XF17D-10-P4

@blueridgerider2023 Oh, it was a Ford escape- Our detour from hwy 40 being closed due to Helene. This just happened this past weekend. I knew that 209 stretch was going to be known. Totally unaware of the place- It was like a real life episode of "Twilight zone". Thought we passed the same stretch of mountain 6-7 times like a time vortex. Kuddos to you doing it on a bike!

Unfortunately it was flooded and totaled out in Helene but it’s going to be back on the road soon with a whole lot of upgrades. Bigger engine with a little more horsepower along with some brake and suspension upgrades are in the works

@@ryansmith7293 great question. We had the same worry. If you’re riding the bike it’s not bad. If you’re following close behind it’s pretty loud. If you were riding through a neighborhood you want to watch your throttle control. Of course we only use ours on the track 💀
