Assuming youre not getting a body that can use them... most of these are downright bad. The only number one i can see is the green lantern ring (assuming you also get a battery). Everything else probably sucks for a human who cant regenerate, cant afford to repair the tech and so on. I cant remember if the trident bestows waterbreathing, if not then that probably isnt too good either but it should have been way higher.
