Just watching her put this chemical in his head I know his scalp is full of sores. You never rake anybody scalp like that when you were putting a perm in. This is nothing more than the Jerry curl from the 1970s and 80s without rollers. This was a terrible job because how is he going to maintain this now?

Why would you comb his hair like that before putting a chemical in it? That’s like a perm, you combing it like that is irritating the scalp

The next time you do somebody's hair please don't comb it through. You use your hands. You irritated his scalp. You can comb a little before but once the chemical is in, use your hands.

Never wait 4 months to do a touchup. You will cause breakage. The hair at the line of demarcation, (which is the line between the new growth and the previously relaxed hair) will break off because it's weaker. You can prevent this by doing a protein treatment every 4-6 weeks...leaning towards 6 weeks.

I am wondering why you are flat ironing AFTER doing a rollerset. It's either or. If your rollerset wasn't successful, the wrap your hair, tie a scarf around it and go to bed. The next morning it should be fine. Using a flatiron is adding too much heat. Also, you don't need that much shampoo if you are using a great product. Most expensive products are concentrated. So, a little goes a long way. You should never have to use that much shampoo per application. As a hairstylist, I become very nervous watching all of these at home relaxer videos. The water pressure at home, especially in your shower is not strong enough. This causes you to have to rinse for longer periods of time. You actually should not rinse longer than 2 minutes. Anything longer than that, the cuticle begins to fill with water, causing the hair shaft to swell which causes reversion. Just a few tips. Not coming for anyone.

white girls this is what u do before u do your braids let it sit for two hrs then rinse and repeat but the 2nd application of the product sit under the dryer on high heat for 45min then rinse dnt condition tht will cause slippage u dnt want tht u want them braids to have a tight grip after u rinse well u can figure it out from here GOOD LUCK WITH THT BECKY
