That is compound milk chocolate right? Can I mix both compound and milk chocolate 50/50?
If you mix, chocolate and compound chocolate you’ll eventually lead to: compound chocolate with extra cocoa butter. Basically, you'll end up with mixed potentially expensive higher quality coverture chocolate with cheap low quality compound chocolate to end up with an expensive low quality compound chocolate... which I can't see why you would want. Soooo, you can just buy regular milk chocolate (almond bark) from walmart or the ones used in this video from Michaels ❣️🍓
