Best idea, thank you!
Great video 🙂
Did you fix now the steering angle? Is it straight now at 0 degrees? I'm having trouble calibrating. It's showing me 60 degrees to the left. I tried several times, but still no luck.
@@bobbdwayne6712 mine say 057.0 to left still I'm going to try a comms unit av got got to be same part numbers and comms unit has a little hole 0 or a line for straight a head then g left one turn gg two left then from 0 right is d one turn dd two right full turn of steering wheel comms unit has to be on 0 though the little hole
Did you drive 1KM straight as the procedure says you should with turns at the end? Maybe the sensor should first be decalibrated and then calibrated.
@bobbdwayne6712 did it on pp2000 and lexia same results
I also visited the PSA dealer, and they could not calibrate it. They said it's the first time for them, not able to calibrate the sensor. It should work, should be possible. I just can't figure it out
@@bobbdwayne6712I did decalibrite then reset mine come back same 0.57 to left the comms unit has a magnetic cog has to be in three a clock position and comms unit has a mark has to be at eight a clock if it as been in bits before there's a peugeot forum show picture better comms strip down
Fair track to a heart attack right there.
It’s impressive, but for how large that gut is, I’d expect it.
This is me in two years if I don’t quit drinking
hi. I have a problem with the left door, it says that the door is open and it is not. Can you give me any information about what could be a malfunction. thanks
Think it mite be the the door latch lock on side of door there a pin switch in side that puts interior light on disconnect door wiring on the door it just twist to disconnect if problem goes a way must be lock latch seconds hand one on ebay
When the door is not fully closed, then the warning goes out, and when the door is completely closed, then the warning goes on. Something is messing with it somewhere. I recently took a car so I wouldn't want to disassemble it for no reason. Otherwise, it's going to be a good car
@@dejanstankovic7163 think that there's a switch built into the latch lock old cars had a little switch on door pillow but new cars built in latch iv had this with a vw bora once

Hi, did Terry sell the Rover.
Gorgeous car , an absolute credit to Terry for looking after it so well. Hopefully he pushed the choke back in soon after video ends.
Do you know when the car is going up for sale please.

Beautiful car
Amazing that one survives in this condition. But , it's not the Buick engine , that's the V8.
not the v8. if it was the v8 it would have the v8 badge instead of the TC badge
Craig, do you have any more details on the sale of the Rover please.
Has the Rover sold yet.

@Craig Kidman do you have anymore details pls. Terry
@Craig Kidman very interested, can you pm me if you have any more details on the sale of the car pls.
That really is a lovely car.
Lovely 2000TC indeed it was the 3500 that had the Buick engine.
Yes, the BSI doesn't work. I had a same case, I changed this piece and now is work normally. My car is a 407 1.8 petrol , year 2004
If the space is filled up with grease no moist or condens will come in. The upper seal should be enough when the unit will be regreased with 1 -2 pumps from time to time. Fullfilling only bearings with low rpm! All bearings and joints of my DS21 from 1971 have a nipple.
Awesome motor Terry credit to you 👍👍
It's like new
Yes looks fantastic must be one of the best in the country superb motor

IS THERE A RELAY CONTROLLING THIS OR JUST PART OF THE FUSE BOX
Not sure mate need to scan it sounds ecu see if any fault codes in it stored or pending
All relay in rubber in fuse box if you get a fuse box make sure numbers match up stickers on side
@@craigkidman there were three manufacturing codes stored and a cheep tool was unable to clear other than a abs fault on the front ns wheel that I changed the sensor and the code is now clear l will rescan again thanks John
@@craigkidman if a second hand fuse box fitted will it need coding to the car or will it work with the same numbers with out programing
Works a treat, but theres knack to finding exactly where to pry though. 3 of the 4 wires were broken
How much is that new fuse box I have same car same problem literally cut out been iffy past few days and today it just wont start ticks over and goes limp if it starts
I got a second hand one ebay but must be matching part numbers sticker on side
Get code scanner on it first see if it come up with anything first 😉
Thank you for your advice. Yes sort it. Appreciated.
just did mine, thanks very much
Nice one 👍
so, actually, you have found the filter anyway... it is the stupid solution to have it in the pump cover, nonservisable just the whole element to be changeable... I must admit it was dirty like mud... I own that Peugeot 407 with the same engine which has over 100K miles on it so my filter may look even worst... Question: Do you have an automatic transmission? Just wondering did you have a lock of power in the car and once you replaced the pump did you noticed much better engine performance? Many thx for sharing this.
No is manual 6 speed some coupe have a filter out side best to check with the dealer to double check 300 pound dealer I got one on ebay 105 pound bosch videos on you how to fit on UA-cam best of luck the rubber seal can seem to big wen putting back get a new one or supper glue in place stop it moving when screwing bezel on
But did the car run any different after changing the pump?
Still helping people, I will do this for my Mum tomorrow, thank you!.
No problem
Hi my Peugeot the driver's side is fine plenty of pressure but left side is just trickling out? Any help would be appreciated
Yer it's the none return value remove washer jet and get genuine one

Complete method to remove. 1. Sprung part of washer jet is facing toward drivers side wing RHD car this is on both sides, try a credit card to fold it in and remove nozzle. 2. Non return valve joint is closest to the nozzle and slightly smaller of the 2 joints pull hoses off run 3mm drill into opposite side from ball bearing ream about 0.5 mm of plastic away this frees the spring and bearing poke them out, reassemble it's fixed 👍 Tools, some kind of pliers 3mm drill + something about 1mm to poke with.
Nice one glad you sorted
How did you get the washer jet out without breaking it?
There difficult to remove if you look on ebay you can see there s a sprung plastic clip on side push it to side and pull out there's a hole follow the pipe after market jets shit can not adjust try not to break they're not cheep for genuine theres three none returns one before jets and one in middle it looks like a splitter Toyota Corolla fits in middle if that ones gone disconnect before jet and press washer if water fly out its allway s none return valve s you can buy none return valve or remove think it's for water not to go back to tank
@@craigkidman thanks for the reply, will try as you say.
@@boogboog8097 hi I have had all three go be carefully taking jet out as after market one shit look on ebay at jets and you will se that sprung clip but if you disconnect before and press washer that will test the pump as I say there one in middle pipe come up to what looks like a splitter little white cap on top you can pop top off there s little diagram inside but do not drop it is small I got a new one for Toyota Corolla 2005 it fits

You've angled the grease nipple and drilled the hole on the side the brake disc is.
