(spoiler) He got his chest pirced by a sword and went through the center of his chest I doubt even an anime character could survive that and when he slid down to his chained up sister you could see his entire life flashing before his eye's. And you never actually saw Lelouch on or in the cart all you heard was "Isn't that right Lelouch" said C2. Remember for all we know C2 could have been talking to his body or just speaking out loud thinking he could hear form heaven.

Actually the creators intentionally left the ending open for debate so the fans could decide. Technically it could go either way, there was a scene in the end of the second season (in japanese only) where C.C. met lelouch on a cart.

It's because they have different mothers. Nunally probably took more after her fathers hair color while Leleouch took more after his mothers... Anyways this song is pretty awesome and the video is not bad but to be honest most of these amv are basically the same just with different songs each time.
