try fasting and just eat in window gaps and try to make it smaller over time go from 8 hours where u just skip breakfast then 6 then try 4 and if your really keen and get the hang of it do one meal a day if it suits you and add resistance exercise with minimal cardio, just walk so you don't bounce everywhere. you will drop weight easy. best of luck

This same thing is happening to me and my massage lady is working on them to relieve the pressure but nothing is changing

The same thing is happening to me ... i have some bands in my arms and I try massaging and also doing arm massages with cupping but don't see it getting any better .

Mine looks like scar tissue and i'am worried because it can end up being fibrosis . Hoping these massages help and little by little goes away .

Did you need to lose weight to 115 before having surgery? Or did you lose that weight after surgery and they shrunk?

I’m the opposite. I’m currently in the process of dropping 100 lbs and would love for my breast to go from DD to a B or C cup

@@itsjustmeagain5751 it's hard to say whether they will shrink or not. Weight loss has different effects on women breast wise. Some of my friends lost tons of weight and hardly shrunk at all. My bust is the very first place I start to shrink.

LOL NO! After LIPO one needs to rest and completely take care of their after care. 2 weeks is NOT enough. Otherwise you spoil your results. IMO, but ask a surgeon.

This is going to be different for each person. I had my surgery done the end of September and I was back in the gym after 2 weeks. I have since increased my weights to more then what I was lifting before surgery.

Depends on the surgeon and where you get it. In mexico, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic its between 2500-3k. In America its about double that at about 6-8k. Gotta ask the specific surgeon you're going with.
